Returns & Refund Policy
All number plates supplied by A1 Number Plates UK Ltd are manufactured to order using the registration number, plate style, size and options selected by the customer.
Made-to-order and personalised products
Because our number plates are personalised and manufactured specifically to your requirements, we do not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges for change of mind once manufacture has begun.
Please check your registration number, spacing, plate size, style and any optional extras carefully before submitting your order. We cannot accept responsibility for information entered incorrectly by the customer.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or we have made an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs showing the problem.
Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or other remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
We may require damaged or faulty plates to be returned to us before a replacement or refund is issued.
Show Plates / Non-Road-Legal Plates
Products specifically sold as show plates or marked “NOT FOR ROAD USE” are intended for display, show or off-road purposes only. It is the customer's responsibility not to use these plates on a public road.
Proof of eligibility
Where required by law, road-legal registration plates will only be manufactured after the appropriate proof of identity and entitlement to the registration number has been supplied and verified.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Personalised or made-to-order goods are generally excluded from the standard change-of-mind cancellation right, but customers retain their statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
